Checks by Phone are a one-time debit to a business or consumer account. The customer authorizes (either verbally or in written form) the ACH debit to their account. Monies are debited from the checking or savings account of the consumer and transferred electronically to the business. You may use PC or network based software, an Internet option or upload transactions to the processor.

The consumer has a 60 day window to revoke their authorization.
