If you feel your account was debited without your permission you have legal rights.

You have 60 days from the transaction date to dispute the debit. You should begin by contacting the company listed on your checking statement as having made the debit. If you get no response or satisfaction you should visit your bank an tell them you want to revoke the authorization or that you never gave your assent to the debit. You will have to sign a legal affidavit.
